Charleston Real Estate - West Ashley Positive Surprise In Buyers

Charleston buyers gave the West Ashley sellers a pleasant surprise last week.  According to Centralized Showing Service, the number of buyer appointments in West Ashley exceeded the number of buyer appointments in Mt Pleasant. We rarely see West Ashley surpass Mt Pleasant.  What do you think caused the uptick in buyers looking the West Ashley area? 
Dorchester and Berkeley Counties both showed a strong rebound in buyer appointments.  The pleasant weather helped to get the buyers out to look at homes last week.  Let's keep this positive trend going.
