Charleston real estate buyers took a break during this last cold snap in the low country. Showings in Charleston, Dorchester and Berkeley Counties were down for the last 2 weeks. Was it the cold weather or the negative financial news causing the drop in showings? With the weather warming up over the weekend it will be interesting to see if we see a jump in showing appointments.
