Charleston Real Estate Companies in the Fight Ring

What is going here?  RE/MAX is suing Rehava over a trademark infraction?  Take a look at these two logos and try to find the similarity in them.  Something is else is going on behind the scenes between these 2 companies.  The only positive note that I can see out this lawsuit is that Rehava gets a lot  free press as the underdog in this fight.  Based on the comments posted at Charleston.net,  it looks like public is views RE/MAX as the bully in this lawsuit. Maybe we should spend more time focusing on selling real estate then then worrying on how our signs looks.  What do you think?
